  • Yes. Our main activity is in Western Switzerland, but we also operate throughout the entire country depending on the project.

  • We don’t simply rent a machine.

    We design a complete event experience: professional equipment, elegant design, custom visuals, human support, and anticipation of technical and logistical constraints. Every service is carefully prepared and tailored to each event.

  • Our process is clear, simple, and transparent, designed to provide you with a stress-free experience:

    • Inquiry & discovery: Most clients visit our website to explore our services, options, and pricing. Our team is available by phone or email for any questions or tailored advice.

    • Personalized quote: A detailed quote, tailored to your chosen options, duration, and preferences, will be sent to you.

    • Booking: Once you confirm the quote, we send a contract for signature along with the invoice.

    • Payment & confirmation: Payment of the full amount is generally due within 5 business days after signing the contract. Tailored solutions can be arranged according to your specific needs or constraints.

    • Preparation: Our team prepares the equipment, sends visuals for your approval, tests all setups, and coordinates logistics for the event day.

    • Installation & event operation: Snap&Shot Photobooth ensures setup, support, and smooth operation to deliver a seamless and memorable experience.

    • Dismantling & collection: Equipment is generally collected the day after the event by noon, or according to the schedule agreed with the client to best suit the event’s organization.

    This client journey is designed so that each step is clear, secure, and enjoyable, offering you a premium experience from the first contact to the day of the event.

  • We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for highly requested dates (weekends, summer season, end-of-year events). Early booking ensures availability of the equipment and desired options.

  • Yes. Any modification (date, location, options) is possible depending on deadlines and availability and may result in additional charges. Our team always strives to find the most suitable solution for your needs.

  • A photobooth is not a gadget—it’s a high-value social experience.

    The Snap&Shot 360° videobooth is designed as a spectacular yet perfectly controlled experience: a stable and secure platform, guest assistance, smooth flow management, and high-end visual output. It is ideal for both weddings and corporate events seeking impactful and shareable content, especially for social media.

  • We offer two 360° videobooth models adapted to different group sizes:

    • 80 cm platform: up to 3 people

    • 120 cm platform: up to 7 people

    Each model is designed to ensure safety, stability, and comfort throughout the experience.

  • Yes. We own multiple units of certain models. Equipment availability is confirmed during the booking process.

  • Yes. Our combo packages allow you to enjoy both experiences at advantageous rates through a customized quote. This combines printed memories with immersive content for maximum guest impact.

  • Price differences are explained by equipment quality, reliability, support, customization, safety, and on-site assistance. A professional photobooth includes far more than just a camera: software, welcome screens and templates, fast printers, stable 360° platforms, accessories, maintenance, and thorough testing before each event.

  • No, we are not the cheapest on the market, but we offer the best value for money in Western Switzerland.

    We invest in high-end equipment, preparation time, technical testing, and automatic backups. For videobooths, we provide on-site support to guide and engage your guests, while our photobooths operate autonomously, simply and seamlessly.

    We pay attention to every detail: photo quality, print speed, equipment aesthetics, tailored graphic customization, and installation safety.

  • All equipment is set up and ready before guests arrive, ensuring everything runs perfectly from the start. The ideal timing for use depends on the type of event:

    • Weddings: Typically during the cocktail hour and evening reception.

    • Birthdays, baptisms, or private parties: The booth can be used from the moment guests arrive to encourage interaction and keep the entertainment going throughout the event.

    • Corporate / professional events: During breaks, cocktails, or networking sessions to foster connections, create shareable content, and highlight branding.

    • Staff parties: Use at the beginning of the evening or after official activities to encourage relaxation and conviviality while generating fun and memorable keepsakes.

  • Yes. All photos and videos are delivered in high quality via a secure private gallery. The gallery link is sent within 24 hours and can be shared with guests. Anyone with the link can download all photos and videos.

    We also offer instant printing and social media sharing options so every guest leaves with a physical or digital souvenir.

    • Photos: stored online indefinitely, until the client requests deletion

    • Videos: stored for a maximum of 3 months, after which they are automatically deleted

    Snap&Shot Photobooth ensures your memories are protected, accessible, and handled with full respect for confidentiality.

  • Yes. Data management strictly complies with data protection and privacy regulations. Information is collected only with explicit participant consent, according to the terms defined in the contract and general conditions.

  • Our Snap&Shot Photobooth team is reachable throughout the entire event and has backup solutions in place to ensure continuity and minimize any interruption.

  • The equipment remains under the responsibility of Snap&Shot Photobooth, except in cases of deliberate damage or improper use by guests or the client. We ensure all installations are secure and compliant with professional standards.

  • Cancellation by the client

    Compensation fees apply as follows:

    • After booking: 25% of the total amount

    • Less than 4 weeks before the event: 50%

    • Less than 2 weeks before the event: 75%

    • Less than 1 week before the event: 100%

    Any amount paid will be refunded within 10 working days, minus applicable fees. If the amount paid is insufficient to cover the fees, the client agrees to pay the balance within 10 working days.

    Cancellation by the provider

    Snap&Shot Photobooth may only cancel a booking in cases of force majeure (see point 12 of our general terms and conditions).

    Booking modifications

    Any modification (date, location, options, duration) is subject to Snap&Shot Photobooth’s approval and may incur additional charges. We always strive to remain flexible and find solutions adapted to your needs.
