How does a booking with Snap&Shot Photobooth work?
Our process is clear, simple and transparent:
- Information: discover services, options and pricing (website + advice)
- Custom quotation: detailed and adapted to your needs
- Booking: contract to be signed + invoice issued after validation
- Payment & confirmation: generally within 5 business days after signature
- Preparation: visuals, testing, logistics, coordination for the event day

- Dismantling & collection: often collected the next day by noon (depending on schedule)

When should we book?
As early as possible, especially for high-demand dates (weekends, summer, year-end). Booking early secures availability of equipment and options.
Can I change my booking?
Yes. Any change (date, venue, options) may be possible depending on deadlines and availability and may result in fees. We always aim to find the most appropriate solution.
Is a Photobooth truly useful or is it just a gadget?

Yes. Photos/videos are delivered in high quality via a secure private gallery. The link is sent within 24 hours and can be shared with guests. Instant printing and social sharing options are available.
How long are files retained?
- Photos: retained online indefinitely (until a deletion request is made)
- Videos: retained for a maximum of 3 months (automatic deletion thereafter)
Do you comply with privacy and data protection rules?
Yes. Data is used solely with the participants’ explicit consent, in accordance with the contract and the general terms and conditions.
What happens if there is a technical issue during the event?
Our team is reachable throughout the event and has contingency solutions available to minimise any interruption.
Who is responsible for the equipment?
The equipment remains under the responsibility of Snap&Shot Photobooth, except in cases of intentional damage or improper use by guests or the client.
What are the cancellation and change terms?
Cancellation by the renter
- After booking: 25%
- Less than 4 weeks: 50%
- Less than 2 weeks: 75%
- Less than 1 week: 100%
Refund within 10 business days, minus applicable fees. If insufficient, the remaining balance must be paid within 10 days.
Cancellation by the provider
Only in the event of force majeure (see GTC point 12).

Date, venue, options, duration: subject to availability and may incur fees. We remain flexible.
